Uzwela Foundation delivered 35 braai (the South African word for BBQ) packs of chicken and sausages to Chubby Chums for their Christmas Party. To keep the identities of the children safe we weren’t allowed to enter the premises.

Chubby Chums is a Child Protection Organization based in Germiston, Gauteng. Chubby Chums works in partnership with Child Protection Units to rehome abandoned children from hospitals and clinics. The Founder/Director works with Child Protection & Treatment Services in the Gauteng area. The home was established in 1999 to help address the needs of the many children left destitute by poverty, disease and abuse.
